Not anymore fugly than the new Ranger front face.
I haven't seen an unmasked photo yet, but yeah, all the manufacturers seem to be glomming onto the bigger is better grill now.

I will say that now that the official pics of the Tundra have been released, I'm glad it doesn't have 3 or 4 hood scoops.

It's so ugly that if it was a woman it would not have to worry about birth control because it's face and it's body would take care of that.

It's so ugly if it was a dog you'd have to put a bone around it's neck to get the other dogs to play with it.

It's so ugly farmers could use it as a scarecrow.

It's so ugly you could take it to a Freakshow and they would let it in for free.

It's so ugly that if it was a baby its mother would have to breast-feed it through a straw.

It's so ugly that the designing engineers hung themselves.

It's so ugly that if I met it in a bar I wouldn't drive it until I've had at least a six pack..
It's so ugly I'd have to stay drunk in the morning.

a few links to c & d discussing ford's and toyota's hybrid offerings and a link showing tundra pics

Gaudiness seems to be the current grill theme, a throwback to the Edsel era motif ?
It looks like a Soviet-era propaganda poster. I know design by committee is still a thing, but couldn't they at least have been in the same room?

The interior looks pretty nice. I've never been in a Toyota though, so I'm not sure if it's an improvement over the old one. Not a fan of the front end though, it's trying to hard to be aggressive.

the 2021 Tundra was epa rated at 14mpg combined - and still people bought it, the 2022 has no place to go but up from there.

Yep.

There are people out there love the new Chevy HD trucks.

I am most certainly not one of them.

The Tundra will probably take this and add about 4 hood scoops.
I don't think it’s that ugly. But then again….
