Actually,,, it does. You'd be shocked by some or the things you hear in the ER. If there was a "stupidity clause" in your health insurance plan,,, insurance companies would be able to wiggle out of paying @ 2/3 of their claims. MOST of my injuries wouldn't have been covered if the insurance company knew what happened and could void the claim based on how goddam dumb I was to get hurt in the 1st place.
