Funny I posted this same question. I have the exact same issue. Same side too.

mine has likely been like this since I bought thr truck in2019.

Any follow up to report?

Just seeing this thread for the first time. this is interesting... My truck has been like this on both sides since as long as I can remember. Also, at one point I removed them for an add-a-leaf, put them back straight, torqued down, pins lined up, and now they're off again. Doesn't seem like it's caused any problems so I haven't really thought too much about it, but after seeing this thread I'm very curious.

Other trucks had a band that would hold the "leafs" in alignment:

Thinking of using a hammer to realign and then put a beefy hose clamp to see if it retains its position:
