Okay I thought I had it worked out but wrong again.
I swapped out my Pioneer 4 channel amp for a kicker cxa 4 channel amp with high and low input connection. Everything works fine and yes the Chimes come through the dash but I'm okay with that what I'm not okay with is when I receive a phone call the sound also trying to come through the buzzer behind the dash.
Is there any way to amplify the door speakers without diverting the Sync system throught the dash. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

my input is dated, i competed in the usaci group in early 2000s and have not kept up. but, i think as long as the sync system is the source that is heading to the amp, then its noises like phone and chimes etc are gonna come through. I have not seen the outputs of the sync setup but if you can single out the phone calls etc. id be surprised. it would be possible to run the door speakers as high level input (truck speaker wires to amp, amplification then out to speakers). this would only amplify whatever signal goes strictly to those speakers and by pass the dash getting anything from the amp. however, that would likely be way more trouble than it is worth. plus setting up that way will also come with reduced sound quality since the source drive is not as clean or strong. a line output converter can make it less headache since you could do factory wire to the converter and then rca cables to get signal to the amp. even then like before the sound quality is going to suffer some. signal to noise ratio is gonna go down. you may be able to simply un hook the dash buzzer out of the setup. but that may flip out the source unit and take away some of the features you want to retain lol. if you have the B@O system from the factory you may have more options.
so that input is based on my knowledge that ended in early 2000s tech lol. it is very likely that a more high tech option exists sorta like forscan being able to tweak operations in the sync system that are not front screen user options. forscan can take out the fake engine sounds that come over the speakers so maybe it can do more with the audio system and bells and whistles as well.
you could get a aftermarket unit and remove the factory setup from the equation and it may have the options you want for the goodies / tech and have a slight upper hand in audio source quality to send to the amp.

I'm looking to swap my door speakers for now and like I mentioned earlier i used the CAR AV 120 harness. The headunit signal out runs to the amplifier input via Kickers kisl rca jack adapters. The output from the amplifier connects back to the headunit. Which I am thinking goes out to the speakers. I was under the impression that the factory amplifier is before the speaker output.
