I would have them take a look at the valve body, hard shifts like that are the first symptom of it going bad.

Good luck bro, hopefully you get to it before everything goes to shit like mine did. If nothing else I would insist they do the software update, it is tsb 23 250 I believe

They did the update on my Tremor after a complaint and it fixed the issue for now.
