Hey folks, the time has come for me to move along from my Ranger, I've enjoyed the truck but my Dad doesn't use his 2011 GMC Sierra 5.3 4x4 very much, it's only got about 45000 km which is about 28000 miles in American. I can go back to having no payments again and a truck I'm familiar with so it's kind of a no brainer.

I'm gonna go with one of the online buyers, I'll see what they all offer and take my best deal.

My Forscan question is when I'm selling it should I revert all the as built data? I didn't make any major changes to terrain management or having the splash screen a wild color, just Bambi mode stuff, and heated seats on the home screen etc. The way it is now is much better than when I bought it, and so I wonder why make the new owner have to live with the stock settings?

Sorry to see you get rid of the Ranger but as you described above it works best for you! I'd say revert everything back to stock.....potential buyer may like all the 'stock' settings. Also, setting them back to 'stock' they may not know things were changed or messed with and may be a better sell for you to the online dealer. Just my thought!

If I ever sell mine it will be "AS IS" but disclose all modifications. The buyer can decided after the sale if they want to revert or rip stuff out. (I have kept a majority of my OEM parts though in a box)

I sort of passed the no point of return line a while back, which also means a private buyer is going to want what I have, more specifically, then just a factory truck.

I would revert mine back to stock settings . If a buyer later asked a service dept to look into why something wasn't behaving as another Ranger was , I wouldn't want the buyer to get the "Oh your computer has been modified so we can't touch it" Bull$hit and be surprised.

Not your problem after you sell it. If it was me I would just leave it alone. :lipssealed:
