I've disabled Auto Start/Stop via Forscan - Along with close to a dozen other alterations. No issues to date - I highly recommend going this route as Forscan address so many other choices one can make. My Story .. ..

Is this the correct Forscan cable for a PC?——The OBDLink EX USB?

Then how do i find the location to alter the Battery Charge %?
