I guess Offroad Alliance hasn't updated their pricing yet. They also want $30 for shipping. I forgot how much they originally wanted for the bar. I'm glad they came around.

At least they do free S+H at 399 plus.

It seems the tab situation is a little vague depending on who you order from.

I'm considering this bar still and like the tab setup on yours. Was it recently ordered? Who did you order from? Thanks in advance!

I have no understanding of manufacturing these misc metal parts. But I'm curious why nobody has made more affordable metal parts (roof rack, bed rack, light bar, rack, etc.) It appears that these parts could be cheap-ish to make, while pricing them low, and still making decent margins. A metal bar to hold lights for $300 seems pretty stupid to purchase as as consumer...

New platform less competition.
Bumpers have been like 2k each.
Jeep bumpers are like 500 each.

D Fresh this is the SVC light bar and I just got it last week. So all the new ones will have the welded tabs on the back of the bar, you can special order one with out but they are the same cost.

I purchased through SVC. Was $199.00

I'm getting to the point I am going to dig out some large steel L brackets from my parts bin, buy a steel tube from local box store for $20 and fabricate my own for 1/20th the cost.

I guess this is why I have never gone into business for my fabrications, I just don't mind have the right mind set.

Sure wish I could put something together with my own 2 hands. The only way I could do that is if I bought something from IKEA.
