Hazard lights

So I still have sirius xm and I have notifications set when a station is playing Metallica. When I push the notification to go that station, my hazard lights come on. It's only happened twice so far. First time I thought I pushed it by accident but today it did again and I know I didn't touch it. Anyone encountered this? I'm going to try to duplicate it next time I get the notifications.

I have mine set for favs as well but that hasn't happened to me. Maybe you leaned part of your hand on the hazard switch?

I have mine set for Neil Sedaka and makes the truck shut off ?

Maybe the flashers come on to warn other motorists that the Ranger driver may be banging there head on the steering wheel to keep the beat of the metal bands? ?
