The Jeep guys swear by Spidertrax, but I don't know if they make them for our Rangers.

You can get them in the right bolt pattern but the center bore is for a Toyota.

Maybe run them with hub centering rings?

I would try Motorsport-Tech. They make the Bora spacers that are known to be high quality. In addition, you can have them custom made to your specs for thickness, bolt pattern, and hub size.
