These tires or what I like to refer to as a squishy tire. They can provide good comfort and that's about it. I do remember having a sad on my 2016 Nissan Frontier. And general they did okay even with snow traction. Notice how I said okay. One of the biggest downsides was the lack of durability. I picked up so many nails with them and I could easily tell when I had a low tire. I would definitely go to something else and make sure it's going to suit your needs. Go for your needs over looks first Go for your needs over looks first

All rangers are 30 PSI….

He said he’s running 33…

those Dynapro’s are not as deep on the outside as they are in the middle.. so when the tires wear down a bit they appear to have less tread than the middle which they actually do…

They do this for stabilization of the outer tread blocks to prevent abnormal wear because of cornering. This is why almost every factory truck tires has a solid outer tread rib. Like the Bridgstone Dueler that comes on other Rangers.
Interesting. Good to know.

Correction, the Ranger will use 30 PSI if 38 PSI from the factory depending on the package. If I remember correctly it uses 38 PSI if the factory tire is an LT(won't speak for Tremor

I bought a '22 Ranger Lariat FX4 about a month ago with the original Hankook tires. The tires have 42K km (26K mi) They don't "feel" like great tires, especially off road and in snow (I'll get proper winter tires next year). Do they appear to be wearing a normal rate? It seems like they're OK in the middle but around the sides they look to me like they're wearing quickly.

If I decide to replace them, any suggestions for a capable off road tire? I want to be able to pull my trailer down logging roads that can be a bit sketchy.

I've got 23,000 on my 22 XLT FX4 mine are wearing good, but I as well don't like them. I find they don't track well. Never got to try them in snow. I bought my Ranger 2 years ago this month, and it hasn't snowed in my part of Virginia since I bought the truck, crazy! I'll put something on different as well.

Look pretty darn good for 42k on OE tires and I worked in a tire shop for 15 years.
Maybe the original owner put winter tires on during the winter months. Sounds like they're in good shape though and no need to replace for now.

FX4 and I believe Tremor Packages get the LT Tires. I don't believe the regular Lariat gets them and I know the XL and XLT don't get them by themselves

My recommendation- Mastercraft Courser MXT I got these in 265 70 r17 on stock sport rims at stock height. No issues or rubbing. 2inch level now and no issues. Almost 8k on them now. Load E. Noisy for sure but I live up a 3 mile dirt road and we get snow, mud washboards, moon dust and this cuts through it all. Pics are with 2 inch front level.

when I purchased my 19 ranger new it came with the same tires as you have. now with 32000 klms and one plug in one tire they look more than half worn down. I see you are a fellow canuk so I would suggest looking at canadian tire. thats where I will be going for my next set of tires. Im looking at the motomaster X trails and the bfg trail terrains. I drive on gravel roads alot for fishing and hunting and these tires have a great tread pattern for just that purpose and they would be great in the winter as they have the snow and mountain rateing on the sidewall. also if you get them installed at CTC they come with a 6 year road hazzard warranty. my brother has them on his GmC truck and loves them and Ive run BFG tires for many tears with good results and NO flats. price wise these tires are about half of what hankooks are.

My Ranger came with 265/60/18 Hankooks and the door jamb says to run them at 35PSI, so it's a little all over the place lol

Those motomaster tires you speak of are actually made by Cooper for Canadian Tire.

for $68 you can get a pretty sweet warranty on all 4 tires.

this is how I got mine replaced when they worn funny… My alignment checked out good so they gave me a set of 4 because the warranty states that on a 4x4 or AWD if the tires are worn 3/32 or more you get all 4 replaced
