Apparently, 303® TIRE COATING & PROTECTANT is the replacement for 303® TIRE BALM & PROTECTANT -which is mentioned at the bottom of that same page.

It's not a replacement I've been using it for years. They're just showing (below) that the tire balm is discontinued. With all their products they'll have another product that's "frequently bought together". The tire balm was just that and it's now discontinued. Click on the Graphene and it'll show a pack of microfiber cloths or the tire and rubber cleaner and it show a tire brush.

I think weather plays a part possibly as well? In WI winters can be brutal and the air is so dry for a lot of the winter I have noticed more tire cracking sooner when I moved here ten years ago over when I lived in South Carolina. I am not sure this is accurate, but the extreme cold and dry air I seem to get more cracks in tires sooner.
