Does anybody have any solutions to getting rid of the rub without actually removing the gravel deflectors? I have a 2023 FX4 with a 3.5” Rough Country lift on a +20 offset 20” wheel and 285/55/20 tires. No problem clearing the intrusion beams just having an issue with my tires randomly deciding to grab the gravel/air deflectors on the FX4.

Go to a wheel that doesn't have that much OffSet?

Also if you plan to go OffRoad I suggest getting a smaller tire as well. 18 inch wheels are the maximum wheel diameter for OffRoad with most tire and wheel combinations. The goal is.more sidewall so you can air down will little issues.

I design things
I'm on 17" Method wheels (0 offset) with OME Nitrochargers and 265/70r17s and I'm rubbing at full (right-turn) lock on my front drivers' side gravel deflector also. Haven't done anything about it yet.

There is an easy fix to that. You can keep that tire size too. Go back to the factory wheels and it won't rub at all

Just a tongue in cheek way of saying that aside from moving to a higher offset or skinnier tires, you just might be stuck with your situation. It sucks that a 32” tire is doing that but it only takes a little change in tread width or offset to mess things up for us. ?
