Ford Performance Tune and new shocks/springs will bring the 5g Ranger close enough in performance to the Raptor, or as close as most people need. I don't think most people are bashing their new $60k truck.

That’s fair.. I have a slight hum in the speakers that changes with the rpm’s… there’s probably a point where the power is ran parallel to a audio signal wire.. it’s super low and even with the radio turned up to 5 you can’t hear it.. it’s only during audio off… maybe it’s a byproduct of the pipes in “engine noise” I’ve heard about idk… so far for me the truck as been solid and a contender with the best vehicle I’ve owned.I guess if you can afford it buy it.
I will be looking here in a few months but, going a different direction. I bought a tremor and had no use for the upgrades it offered.
Going plain old 4wd and do my own upgrades if I need them down the road.
My 21 has another weird noise coming out of the dash now. Need to get a video up so you all can help me figure it out. This latest issue sealed it for me. I have zero trust in this truck long term. Chasing noises, gremlins, nickel and diming me. I’m not doing it. It’s fine now, 6 months who knows.
I can afford to buy new or newer and that’s the plan.
If it’s when you change from heating to cooling (or vice versa) it might be the blending shutter thingy. I’ve heard someone else had a similar issue.. and that sounds exactly what I had to deal with when I had a 07 impala (notoriously bad bending shutter actuator would crap out and make a tapping/clicking sound.). Replaced that stupid thing more than a few times. But I don’t know for sure if that’s your particular issue. It’s a clicking, tapping, buzzing sound
I have a feeling it’s something with the heating cooling system
Mine has a lot of clicking and I'm pretty sure it is an actuator. Right before my 3/36 warranty expired, I took it to my local Ford dealer and of course, they could not reproduce the problem. Strange since it was clicking as I drove home from the dealer. I do have the Ford ESP, and it will eventually get covered under warranty, but I'm sure I will need the actuator to fail. It’s a clicking, tapping, buzzing sound
