Just in case you didn't know. Better get a new pair of shoes too

See, now that is a real mixed message. First of all, TUNDRA is derived from a Russian word meaning “elevated wasteland.” A lift kit would really do it justice! Second, I’m not sure equating the name of your truck with “hiking“ is the best marketing. It conjures up images of the owner walking back to get in the passenger seat of the tow truck with his elevated wasteland chained to the deck.
Kudos for your courage, Rick for coming on here and saying farewell and hiking back to your Tundra. Best of luck!

Congrats OP! You got your self a dinosaur!
1) Its huge compared to the ranger
2) It’s basically the same ancient truck from 2007.

That new tundra is ugly! I would HATE to clean all that plastic on the front end.

All good points and at least when a bird takes a dump it looks the same in a Ranger as it does in a Tundra...?

I like more each time I see it.
You think so?

I think it looks like a cross between a Chevy avalanche and a Cylon warrior.

Someone at the Toyota/Lexus design center must be a really big fan of Battlestar Galactica.

A lot of their current and upcoming products look like a Cylon.

Now, if they started looking like this Cylon, I might just trade my Ranger!

The new one has a hideous front end. No thanks!

Ya know, if you get enough of those grills, they would make real good fence sections to place around your garden. Just set em up vertically and trim as needed . :like:

To each his own, and we all have our own taste. I think Tundras look like ass, never have liked them. If I had a Toyota, it would be a Tacoma. But since I have made this Ranger "my own", I really like it. After a shock replacement, I think I will be where I want to be. Congrats on your trade.

Hey, is there a tailgate damper available for that truck?

I am unable to own a Toyota, worked for Honda racing for 20 years, we caught them in a bold face lie in appellate court, they couldn't beat us so they resorted to underhanded measures, they finally got the championship but they didn't earn it or deserve it, not a honest company. (at least the racing division TuRD as we called them)

I hope the truck works out well for you, it's all about whats right for the individule.

well, you have to look. just to make sure you didn't shat out your intestines before you flush.
All Tundras should be parked in a garage....so that passers by aren't subjected to the horror
We passersby are subjected to your horrors everytime we open R5G, no one makes you stay in the closet, errr I mean garage ;)

I'm gonna be requiring a more detailed explanation of this situation if you're at liberty to say.
