I'm not sure if that rubber sleeve is supposed to be tucked behind the filler (like the top) or pulled over (like the bottom). Anyone have a comparison so I can set it right?

Okay, got it fixed up. Although I'm thinking I need to work the rubber seal further up to get it to latch or something. Seems strange that there'd be a gap when the weight of the fuel nozzle is on it...

I'd just take it to the dealer, it's definitely not right and I have no idea how much of this magic filler is functional and how much is aesthetic. To fix it properly will almost certainly require some degree of disassembly, and the fuel system is not something I'd start pulling apart without the manuals. I'd guess that probably that rubber is just there to keep the interface from looking hideous, but that's a guess that there's no point in making when the truck should still be under warranty. (There have also been reports of people with weird fueling problems due to incorrect assembly.)
