Does anyone else’s front tires look like this? I’ve got correct pressure in there but from some angles it looks sagging. From the front picture it almost looks like the tires fold inward towards the bottom? The only thing changed on this truck is a RC leveling kit.

It's all weight distribution. The average car is 50/50 or maybe at worst 60/40. Pickups often have 70%+ of their weight over the front wheels so the rear is left open for payload and towing.

edit: Additionally, you may need an alignment after the leveling kit. Could be the angle of the photo, but you maybe have a bit of positive camber on the front wheels.

Appreciate your help! I got an alignment after the leveling kit but that does make sense because I noticed the sag before the kit was installed. Thanks!

Hi J

You have way too much positive camber for one... You need an alignment

I agree with what Phil said, the geometry is off, needs computer alignment..that is, if camber can be adjusted with that setup..

You think so? Even though I got one a month ago after my leveling kit install? I’ve only got 6,000mi on total

Alignment might be out on the front, but I think he is talking about how the tires look under inflated , both front and rear. The alignment has nothing to do with how the rear tires look. Mine looked somewhat like his , plus I didn't like the soft ride it had when bought, so I aired them up to max pressure that was on the tires. Made the tires look better and much better handling response. And yes I know that it picks up the road imperfections more , but I bought a truck LOL.

If you just lowered this off the floor jack and took a picture, it won't look right until it's rolled back and forth 12 ft.

Just my guess, you should have received a results sheet with your computer alignment..it will tell you the degrees of camber.

I do have to say it looks a lot better after I drove on it after lowering it. It still seems to be ever so slightly there so I’m going to take it in to get aligned again...doesn’t hurt I guess (maybe my wallet) I do have to say I’ve felt like I noticed more road vibrations since. Anyone think that could of been the cause?

Hi J,

For the benefit of the Forum members....if you do take it back, please supply the before and after alignments. Other members have done this and it has helped to ensure that alignments are carried out to the best specs possible. Sharing this is no reflection on you...it is just data. If we spot something wrong...take this back to the alignment shop and tell them you will post their shop details on these Forums...not netatively, but just state the facts. There are many superb shops and some crap shops.

so here you go, you guys can give your input but it does look like the alignment was off. I’m not sure if these numbers are a huge deal but.

Hi J,

I take it that the before numbers were when you took the pictures and the after is a new alignment done yesterday or today? After specs look good.
