Anything in the "Off Topic" section won't show up on the main page. It's like that on all the other forums (B6G, Jeep JL) too. I'm assuming it's to keep it un cluttered from topics many don't care about and only having Ranger topics show up.

Celebrating our norther neighbors with a little Canadian Mist and whatever I have to mix it with. Been a long week for a 4 day week and the bones are feeling it. Glad there is another 4 day work week ahead.

It did, was very strong but great flavor if you like Stouts.

HAHAHA so you wouldn't like a hopped up stout? aka dark IPA?

I have a cascade hop growing in the the yard. every fall I take all the harvest and make 5 gallons of stout for the winter. usually I harvest a half to full pound, it varies year to year. gawdam good stuff

I will try any beer! Just not a fan of the IPAs and feel they are overrated. The complexity of the various Stouts (so many!), Scottish Ales, Belgians, Quads, Triples, Porters, Ambers, Wheats, Bocks…mmmmmmmmmmmm….offer so much more than the IPAs… in my beer snob opinion anyway. ?

If you ever get a chance, try Efes. It's Turkish and back in the day (90-91), it wasn't regulated in Turkey. One night you'd drink 6 or 7 and barely get a buzz. A week or 2 later, you drink 3 and forget your name. Nasty stuff....some folks said it contained turpentine...?‍
