Just want to wrap this up. Gave up on phone. This week I noticed a large update for fordpass when I checked apps update. Downloaded ,installed. Had to setup app like it was new. So now my Ranger starts with my phone. Very happy.

Has anyone else bought something with Ford points yet the points stay the same in the app? I get points added pretty quickly when I get service at the dealer, but the part I got a couple of months ago never got deducted from the total. How long does that take?
