since I haven’t heard from the dealership in 2 weeks, I called them to follow up on them escalating my modem issue to ford. They have done nothing. The service manager blamed the parts department. So I suspect they are replacing the modem once they receive it.I'll be watching to see if you get it fixed. I'm dropping mine off at the dealer Saturday (11/27). Hopefully they'll get the update installed and working. I will let you know if it works.
