I'm glad the Ranger has it's own style. Blending parts from other vehicles doesn't look great at all.

On the other hand, turning the Bronco into a pickup using it's own styling cues doesn't look to bad.

Wonder which one it identifies as?
A Ranco? Bronger? $4200 is relatively reasonable, But it appears to have only about 3 inches of suspension travel before you shatter those flares. It would need a 4-5 inch lift to be usable off road.

But then it wouldn't fit in the mall parking ramp

I predict that when the current Bronco & Ranger 6G's are due for replacement for the 2029 MY they will be homogenized into one line. Automotive trends tend to last 9-12 years, so the "off road" look will becoming eclipsed by whatever comes next. Ford likes to consolidate stamping wherever it can toward the end of a run. Look at the Crown Vic/Grand Marquis in their last years, or my own 2009 Mariner/Escape. Ford seems to be toying with the idea of "families;" the Mustang Family (a Mach-e coupe and SUV are being researched) the Bronco Family, So it would make sense to have a pickup version, and maybe an Everest-type SUV on the same frame in the NA market
at least.

History 101- Ford started jobbing out 4wd conversions in 1939 to Marmon-Herrington of indianapolis IN. Little known by the general public at the time but it preceded the Willys Overland by eight years. Ford started offering factory 4WD on the 1959 F-100.

Uhmmm... that's not road legal. There's no third brake light. Are we sure this is a real picture of a real vehicle?
And no taillights!
Oh, wait, they are blacked out like the third tailight. ;)

Third brake light is on the tailgate like all ROW Rangers. And blacked out.

I don’t think it's that bad. Only issues I have is the super-wide tires and those awful flairs. The hood to fender interface is a little iffy too. Almost looks better than the standard 6G front end to me.

So you should know that the pictured truck either IS or is at least modeled after a ROW 23 raptor.. which does NOT have its 3rd light on the cab ?
the article specifically states 2015 MY for the kit. Not sure if that means only 2015, or just that truck was a 2015.

No. There is NO third brake light on it. Cuz, this is what a Ranger's third brake light looks like blacked out. I should know.

Thom's Ranger 3.jpg
You appear to be correct on that. Thought I could see one there but maybe not once I zoomed in. ?‍♂
