Bronco Parts Compatible with Ranger

I have been looking to beef up my suspension on a budget, specifically the tie rods for right now, but all of the options I see are north of $500 which isn't really practical for me right now. I am looking into if Bronco tie rods will fit on a Ranger and since the Chassis are the same and the steering racks are similar I am hoping they would work. Any input would be helpful!

Are they beefier? If you look on rock auto occasionally the have lengths and thread pitch listed on parts. Might make for an easy cross reference.
