Ford Ranger Cactus Grey Lariat Tremor - color opinion

Cactus gray was my first choice. I like how the color changes with the different lighting, and it would hide dirt well so your not washing it every week. I could not find one available when I was looking, so I lucked out on my second color choice carbon gray in a Tremor for a decent price. It looks really good in person, especially with the tremor exterior items.

“Hide dirt well” Yes! It almost matches the limestone dust I encounter on Drummond Island in Michigan. Pic is of my old Locorado.

Here it’s a picture that I just took of a Broncho in there sales floor in cactus gray I think it looks great.

When I first saw my truck it was on the dealer's website... I could see the green in it. When I went to see the truck, it was parked in the shade. I thought then I wasn't too crazy about the color because it looked more gray. After salesman pulled it out front in the Sun for my test drive, I could see the green again! I like the lighter colors. When my brother and the one guy I work with look at my truck, they call it a "dove gray"... which I just don't see.

FWIW, the color also reminds me of a 1959 Triumph Bonneville which was "Pearl Grey and Tangerine."

The lady at the dealership actually called it that, “Dove Gray” funny you said that.

From every moment I've viewed a truck of this color (including Maverick and Bronco) it's a subtle very pale green tint to a bright gray color. Lighting intensity and type will of course cause it to appear either more gray, or more white. Bright sunlight though, it's a very subtle greenish tint gray color as expected.

I ordered a Ford Ranger Lariat Tremor in “CACTUS GRAY”. There was a Ford Bronco on the lot that claimed to be cactus gray, it looked like a flat gray color that was shiny. But every picture I have seen on the Internet, video commercial, or phone, has ranged from pure gray to seafoam green to light gray to a bluish gray green… Would I be wise to say I picked a color that changes rather than stuck to what i originally saw? I’m hoping I don’t have a Jordan almond colored truck delivered… NOR A CHICK COLOR. …LOL

My sister-in-law has a cactus grey bronco sport. I originally ordered a cactus full size bronco ended up with an A51.
I’ve seen multiple Cactus full size Broncos in person and the color does grow on me it’s pretty unique, it does have some green to it in different lights but that’s just it, it all depends on lighting.

it’s not the flat grey color like lead foot or all the other car makers flat greys that are immensely popular.

but I think it’s a good unique color.

Mine looks like flat gray in shade or bright sunlight. On an overcast day you can see the green or blue depending on the temperature

When I first saw the cactus gray on the Bronco I didn't like it. Maybe it's the body lines on the Ranger but it's grown on me and I like it on it. I also like the way it changes color especially the pictures in the snow. Adding the black appearance package really adds a nice touch too.

I think all the black and graphite colors with the red accents of the grill and Tremor emblem will look sharp!
