I doubt it. Premium is reserved for data centers .

It doesn't matter what they do with these all electric vehicles. A lot of Electric vehicle fans talk about its advantages, but rarely ever talk about its disadvantages. The biggest disadvantage is its range AND the ability to replenish that range quickly. No EV can match the gas vehicles speed at which it can replenish its energy. Imagine taking a 300 mile road trip and that may take 3x longer in an EV with a 200 mile range versus a gas vehicle with similar range. Also, unless you have a Level 2 charging station at your house, you will have to spend an inordinate amount of time at your local charging station just to get to 80% energy level. That last 20% takes the longest. Most people don't want to deal with that kind of time spend charging. Imagine...30 minutes every 2 weeks for an average person. Add that up over a year. If you work 8 hours a day 5 days a week that may be more time you will want to sit inside your car waiting to fully charge. Considering if you had a gas vehicle or even a hybrid, you're in and out of that gas station in 3 minutes tops! I like EV's. But I wouldn't own only ONE vehicle that is an EV. I live in Cali and there's tons of Tesla owners here. I see them a lot at charging stations. I pull into those stations, gas up, use the rest rooms, buy a cup of coffee, and the people hooked up to charge in their Teslas sit there longer than that!

I would think that during the cold winter months the electricity would thicken up causing it to flow slower.
Hopefully they add an additive to correct it.....maybe placing magnets along the lines to speed up the flow. Probably affects both regular and premimum electricity.
