Ford pass app - truck stuck in Michigan?

I don’t know free truck is in denial about it’s new home or what - but in my FordPass app the location is stuck at its birthplace in Michigan.

All other functions seem to work fine.

any idea how I get the location to update properly?

On the phone or somewhere in the car settings? Location services is on on the phone and I can’t find anything like that in the settings in the car anywhere.

Go into the Fordpass settings in Sync and make sure that the location reporting is enabled.

Found it. Location was def off.

Remove and reinstall the app once you have turned on location services in the vehicle.

When I bought my truck the Foarfd Pass thing was wanky ... Ford recommended a master reset in the radio settings ... all well now
