I have yet to see another one besides mine. I have had it for a little over a month now. I find that surprising and this is a populated area (Orange County south of L.A.), so there HAVE to be others around. Go figure.
Finally saw one today after 2 months of ownership in Costa Mesa.

Come over to the 909 - the Inland Empire, I’ve seen a few.

I've either seen two white ones here in San Jose or the same one twice. The first time was over a month ago because it was before I got mine and the second one was yesterday but I was on my bike. The one I saw yesterday was white and it just said 4x4 on the back. Didn't get a good look other than that.

I have yet to see another one in the Portland area as well. I know there are at least a few out there (@Oregon Comrade for one), but I haven't seen any of them on the road yet. I was out hiking a couple weeks ago and we had turned around due to too much snow (I didn't feel like getting stuck, and I didn't have any chains), but a guy on a motorcycle was asking about the roads - after we told him he said "well, you could just go and Baja your new Ranger thru that snow!!!" - so he obviously knew what is was. That was kind of cool, I have to admit.
I've seen (2) in the PDX metro, based on how many they have sold, it is surprising! I get 2-3 folks a week giving me thumbs up....lots of compliments also. Several folks turn their heads and point...I get more attention in this than any of my past vehicles including my slick 70' Camaro and my 78' FJ40.

Finally! After 3000 miles, I came across the a Magnetic Ranger same as mine when it was stock...waved to each other...the other guy must've been wondering what special package I had ordered:giggle:

Was it the "I spent several thousand dollars modifying a $40K vehicle days after taking delivery" package?

Ran pout to Kroger yesterday and finally saw another Ranger (An HPR XLT).
Granted, working from home, I haven't put in a ton of Freeway time.

Exactly:like: And the over-landing expensive part hasn't even begun...diamond back, racks, RTT, jack, winch, fridge...uh just kidding honey:giggle:

Actually, started at $35k with additional $3+k wheels/tires/suspension/grill/exhaust (Eibach and exhaust not on yet), still topped out at less than $40k...less than a Lariat.

First confirmed (for sure) sighting yesterday in Delaware on the I-95 heading North into Pennsylvania. All black and beautiful, brand-new with the temporary tags from the dealer still on the back! After tailgating it for a while to get a good look (I know, not recommended), the driver turned right onto a ramp, and I could see the side as well. Not sure if it was chrome appearance or not, but the thing really shined silver! (I am scheduled to take delivery in mid-August and, like many members, I have experienced a lot of "false sightings" that turn out to be smallish F-150's or trucks made by, shall we say, non-Ford entities....)

Two days after my first sighting, I saw another one, this time a white super-cab, in Pennsylvania heading north toward Philly (and blowing past my aging Explorer)! Maybe Ranger sales have reached a critical mass where seeing them on the road (as opposed to in the dealer's lot) is no longer a "unicorn" event?

I finally saw my first Ranger in the wild today on my way home from work. It was a white XLT with plates (we normally don't get plates for a couple weeks after purchase) but it looked like it still had the factory grease pencil writing on the windows. It was an older gentleman driving it.

It was cool to finally see another one on the road!

Have yet to see one in Eastern Ma. Meanwhile Rangers are piling up on dealer lots. One dealer has 58 Rangers in stock. I put a deposit on one in transit a month ago. Supposed to be here last Tuesday. As of yesterday it's sitting in Ohio.
