These trucks are nice for the money. We've sold 7 or 8 so far. Obviously it's car based and not as rugged as the ranger, but no competition at that price point.
I've got a buddy that drives past your lot every day for work. When I told him about the Maverick a while back he seemed interested. I'll have to check in and see if he's stopped to look at one yet. He keeps telling me he wants a convertible sports car but he's been saying that for years.

Bringing up an old thread. I test drove a well equipped Lariat FX4. As expected, it drove and rode like a big SUV. Nice pick up, but all in all nothing special. With a $5K mark up, it will pass the $40K mark. Ranger will be staying with me for quite a while.

Saw one (XL with steeliness - $30,900 CAD) for the first time yesterday and just had to stop in for a better look. It sure seemed small beside the Super Duty it was parked next to. I parked beside to try and make it a fair comparison. Oops. Let’s just say I wasn’t doing it any favours.

Anyone who buys one will be happy and should likely get used to hearing, “nice little truck”.

are you sure?
Co-pilot 360 is available, and the claim here is that is has all of this:

Available safety and driver assistance features for the 2022 Ford Maverick lineup’s Co-Pilot360 suite include hill descent control technology, lane-keeping capabilities, lane departure warning technology, a blind spot information system complete with cross-traffic alert technology, a reverse sensing system, a lane centering system, evasive steering assist capabilities, and an adaptive cruise control system complete with stop and go functionality.

Plus, this XLT at my dealer, has co-pilot 360
their website only lists this statement though:

A loaded XLT Maverick is about $32k sticker. A Lariat tops out at around $36500.

But since it's very popular, unscrupulous dealers will happily add ridiculous markups on them (like the $8k worth of "other" in options on that one) and people who gotta be first will pay it.

I've checked with several dealers on Santa Cruz and Mavericks and asked them if there's a "Market Adjustment" added to their prices. If they say Yes, I reply that I'm not interested and won't be shopping with them in the future.

I've seen $50k+ for a Hyundai Santa Cruz.

Clown world we currently live in.

Walked around the hospital after lunch and lo and behold what did I see?! A beautiful white Maverick!!! I was so excited. Pictures just do not do it justice. Call it what you want to…it’s a great-looking truck! I think it’s time to expand the family. :turkey: :)

Looks really nice and would be a nice addition. Maybe it comes with parking lessons too??

Maybe so …smarty britches. (Just kidding- love you guys:))
It's all in good fun and you're always a sport about it. ?

Now Paul @OrangeStreak on the other hand has you beat hands down for the most crooked parking. You just held the title first and post more pictures than he does. :giggle:?

Nice, I almost caught up to a white one on the road but traffic had other plans.

I'm curious if the mav and ranger change in the next several years.

A PHEV ranger in 2024-5 would get a hard look from me.

A PHEV true 4x4 mav would get a hard look, too, but I really don't see that happening.
