I was wondering if anyone has had any luck installing a XM/AM/FM radio antenna on a Ranger that did not come with it? I am looking at this unit for the 2019 Ranger

I was wondering if I got the correct antenna for the XM/FM/AM that if it would work.

Thank you

What circumstance are you in that your ranger didn't come with an antenna?
I purchased the first run of the 2019 XLT 300a trim level and it did not come with it. My truck was manufactured in August of 2019

Best that I can tell is that the 300A Package is not a Sync Package and the Module you have linked requires (Sync)
The Sync (package) has a different ACM and APIM.
Sync also includes a 3-way splitter for the coax cable (antenna) that routes between the now 3-connection antenna (roof mounted) and the ACM and APIM

I am sure that there is a Aftermarket Solution that does not require the Sync Package, just have to locate it.

However, I am not sure if the ACM part number differences are for the software (As-Built) files loaded which would mean the ports are there, and you would just have to run the coax and replace the antenna, this would only work if the APIM also has an open port for the coax.
Or
They are physically different and have no open ports for the coax connections

One could get all required parts from a salvage yard, and then install to your truck, and then load the As Built for the Vin# Specific ones such as the FCIM
