I had SiriusXM for years. I have the All Access/PLatinum package.
Every year just before it automatically renews, I call and tell them I want the deal I have or cancel my account. They transfer me to someone else (who speaks English) who authorizes my deal. I get the All Access/Platinum for $115 a year. I stream it in my office all day, in my Ranger and at home and in the shower. To be honest, if they charged my anymore, I would cancel it. It's convenient, but for commercial free music, they hype their channels, shows and talk too much.
That’s not bad. Did you ask for this price or they offer it for ya?

That'll take you to a chat option. One way or another, you have to communicate with a person, or a "person" and jump through their hoops.
Really? Did not know that.. I'm surprised the FCC or whoever regulates them hasn't required them to make it so that you can cancel without talking to someone

Well Sirius sent me an email to add 3 more months for $2 processing fee plus tax and then $22.99 unless I cancel...
I may do that, that'll at least extend me out till Dec giving me a chance to see how the NFL and SEC stations are during football season.
Then cancel unless they give me the $5/6 offer or I just may hold off on the $2 and see if they just go ahead and offer me the $5/6 offer when the 3 month trial is about up
Be careful if you have nav. When I had my 15 Mustang I bit on one of those deals and when I cancelled it they also cancelled the 5 year SirusXM Travel Link subscription you get with the vehicle. It was hell trying to get the Travel Link subscription back.

A premium Spotify account, over Apple CarPlay, is my go-to for music. Way better sound quality than Sirius and I can listen to whatever I want, whenever I want. Price isn't too bad for it.

It was the offer I accepted. They kept trying to do add-ons and stuff, but the Platinum/All Access pretty much has everything. Offered me second vehicle service, told them it was nice of them to offer to buy me a second vehicle.
Last year when I called, not even any discussion. They punted me to the specialist and she did it in minutes. I'm happy with the price for as much as I use it.
But like I said, they talk to much, too many SiriusXM commercials and hype. I'm going to start looking into other options too. For me, I don't need personalities, or famous has-been DJ's, just play the music.

I've been ignoring the xm offers since mine expired back in February. They been bugging me with the $5 /month thing for a few months now and today they sent me an offer for $5/month for the platinum plan and an echo dot.

Just checked their website and that $5/month platinum deal looks to be available to the masses currently.

Think mines like $7.xx per radio on my fleet account, I’d actually have to check it’s just on autopay, don’t want to deal with the phone every time I get into something either
