Extended Warrantee not showing in Ford Pass app.

Hello.. Like many here I have an extended warrantee purchased from Grainer Ford. Saved quite a lot over my selling dealer. My Ford Pass app. Is not showing this extended warrantee. All it says is “No plan currently showing”. How do I add it? Does it matter?

It should. Mine from ESP is listed. I would contact your warrantee company. Good luck contacting Ford about the app.

I had the same problem and the Extended Warranty dealer told me to make sure I was using the same name in the FordPass app as I was using on the FORD internet site. I wasn't and after I corrected that, the warranty showed in FordPass.

It took almost a year for my EXT plan to show on the app and online, but it is there and is correct.

I had this happen, but it just took some time to show up. You can contact Ford Pass customer service through the app and ask them. They were able to verify that they could see my extended warranty in their system. It did end up showing in the app when I checked again a couple of weeks later too.

I just purchased a Ford ESP for my wife's MY21 BS and I called the service writer I usually work to conform in the system.

The only thing the Ford Pass app is good for is using disk space on my iPhone. I wish Ford would outsource the app for Apple to recode.
