So... Great day. As you will see from the time versus miles I took a couple of particularly scenic routes. Beautiful, but slow. One in particular is about 30 miles, but took about 45-50 minutes due to the switch backs etc. And had a 4500 foot elevation change. Sport mode 90% of the time on that stretch. Truck climbs like a damn mountain goat! Trip also had a little bit of interstate at 80mph. Most other 4 lane roads had between a 55 - 65 speed limit and I stayed about 7 over. All in all a pretty diverse set of driving conditions today. Loved it. LOVED IT! Truck ran beautifully.

So for mileage, we'll take off what.... 2 mpg for trip computer optimism? New truck. Not broken in. Me either locking gears out and/or using sport mode to vary the RPM's during the break in period. All that said, no mileage complaints from me. Zero.

Edit: I forgot!!! When I left home this morning it was still dark. I had a good hour before the sun starting coming up. So first time experiencing the LED's. HOLY SHIT I LOVE THOSE HEADLIGHTS!!!!! Wow. Just wow. I honestly was a bit dumbfounded at the difference.

I plan on keeping it as is. At some point the warden is going to ask about fuel mileage. Surprised she hasn't already. And I can use the (incorrect) data to paint a better picture.

Also, and I do not mean this to sound smartass... I'm not real concerned with the mileage. If I was I wouldn't have added the Tremor package. Probably wouldn't have even bought a Ranger. Mainly posting it here for group info.

You can add the fuelly app and the warden won't see the true numbers. This way you can keep track and if you make any changes you'll see if it effected the mpg.
