Did you get what you needed to complete your engine cover upgrade? Did it work out for you?
Thanks for checking in. I got the knobs. But I still need to see if I can find some rubber washers.

OK, great. My second idea was to just use (Ford) blue Loctite. I found the rubber washers at Lowes in the specialty hardware drawers.

I'm also looking for a yellow rubber doughnut to put around the dipstick tube. It's difficult to see the tube with dipstick removed in low light.

I finally found an engine cover that wasn't too expensive but it didn't come with the mounting hardware. I found the bolts you need online at a few different dealership websites but they were overpriced and with shipping it was ridiculous. So I went a different route.
I ordered some M6 headless screws, red anodized M6 thumb nuts and knobs and a few rubber washers.
