Speedtech has some that might work for you. They have the visor light bars, grille lights and traffic advisor lights.

Whelen makes the best stuff. a quick google will show who in your area can install them. if you area asking if anyone makes anything Ranger specific, then I dont think so. the only vehicle specific stuff youll see out there is for vehicles that police departments use on a large scale... i.e. Tahoes, Explorers, f-150s, etc.

if you are handy with electrical stuff a lot of aftermarket options for emergency lights exist but i havent seen any that made specific to the ranger yet.

I bought my lights for my Ram from Speedtech when I was a Vol FF/EMT-B in Texas. Good prices and very good product ! I still have everything--rooftop unit (red/white)with light controller, Whelen speaker, and siren box with 6 or so different sounds. I also mounted 2 small white and 2 red single units in the front grille.

Galls.com sells everything, some vehicle specific some work for any vehicle especially visor lights etc. I bought from them many times during my career.

Whelen is the industry standard for all things emergency lights. Hard wired and 12V plug type. I was just thinking the other day how nice the pre-wired switches would have been 20 years ago when I was starting out as a volunteer.

I mean really the answer is simple as Amazon they sell all manner of emergency lights and every color imaginable.

A mid-tier company is going to be Feniex Industries and you're higher tier stuff like on our patrol cars is going to be Code3.

I'm assuming that companies like Whelen are still around.

Whelen is very much still around and still the largest. Just saw their booth at FDIC and it was nuts. I think police tend to lean towards Code3 because it's less expensive and they need to outfit so many units at a time. Fire and aerospace still use Whelen because of the control units and the reliability.

Most depts in my area are utilize Whelen, most other products dont stand up to time and weather in the north east. Its also what comes prewired these days from the factory. (yeah they do that now)

I have had and used some stuff from Fenix before, so far so good, seems to be well made.
Amazon is just full of cheap shit. save your time and money and buy from a reputable brand.

Hello fellow peeps.

If anyone has ever wondered or uses their ranger for emergency vehicle purposes. I have recently wired in lights to my vehicle, completely NO drill and hidden wires. ?

looks sharp. I have not seen any service 5g rangers in person but have seen several online. across the pond the ranger is popular with police, and other service outfits that add lights etc. we do have some folks that have enough lights that the truck may be used or mistaken for an emergency vehicle or lighting system.
