Embark/Retrax Q: what's missing?

Had the Embark/Retrax tonneau installed yesterday by a dealer. Salesman was unsure why the latch wouldn't close properly, and service dept was closed. Looks to me like something's missing.

Can someone identify it from the picture and compare to what yours has, and mine doesn't?

There is a set pointy screw that you use an allen wrench with. It screws in and out to adjust the pressure for the latch to lock. It also sets the point where it hits when you want to close half way or somewhere... adjust it with cover all the way toward tailgate and the lock open and the tailgate open so you can see it from bottom.

I had the same issue but thanks to this thread, easy resolution.

We've really enjoyed our Retrax Pro. Top quality unit (aside from the surface coating being VERY thin.... Seriously, take it easy on the finish, it will scratch if you look at it the wrong way) and with the Pro, you get the T-channel rails which have been awesome for loading bikes onto which really expanded the total capacity for our trips.
