Just order my pipe from CVF with help of Jason!
There running a special till the end of this month with free shipping!
If you're thinking about getting a downpipe, this the time!
Comes with defouler too!

Still deciding on tune!

I would have never been happy with this truck without a tune. Mine had such a bad hesitation you couldn't cross a 4 lane road in a safe amount of time. But after Torrie@unleashed worked his magic. This thing is a dream to drive.

SPD doesn't need defouler fyi
Any aftermarket cat may require a defouler as anything less than OEM restriction will run the risk. SPD will say their units don't cause a CEL, but when it does happen they will provide you one via customer service - this is known.

That's without saying that their pipe is priced at least $300 more than ours for the same stainless steel and 400 cell cat.

I know this is a little bit of a subjective question but........ How much louder does this make the exhaust note? I currently have the "ford performance" a.k.a. Borla exhaust, I like it, but I really dont want it to be any much louder than it already is. I'm all for performance bolts on's but shes a daily driving pavement princess and dont want any additional drone

Jason,
Thanks for explaining to all...
I did my research on both pipes, and both can cause a CEL.
But with the $300.00 savings, I got more to spend on other mods!

Running MBRP duals out back.

Those are about the same results I got. But Gibson duals so not much louder.
