Ford Performance pack vs Afe Down pipe

What should I do first the ford performance tune or the Afe twisted catted down pipe? The specs are 28hp / 50tq on the downnpipe and 45hp / 60tq on the FP tune on premium. I've ran premium from day 1 so I would only expect half of that. Any thoughts? I have the Gibson duel exit exhaust now and like the sound. Would the downpipe make it crazy loud? Just looking for input. Thanks.

The Ford Performance tune is a "canned" tune built around a mostly stock truck.

I don't think you'll see the full benefit of the downpipe with the Ford tune.
