I wanted to put together a brief overview of the door lock and ajar circuits as well as the passive entry due to various issues members have reported.
I have most of the circuit operation nailed down but am still not 100% on the passive entry operation as the manuals are vague on that specific information.
I did find a LF (Low Frequency Antenna PID) but could not get a reaction (change) from the PID when activating the door locks or starting, the only PIDs I could find are the handle touch sensors this would be the voltage drop (sense) of the circuit from my above voltage checks only viewed from scan tool.
This is the LF Door Latch Assy and LF Door Switch Circuit (Detailed View)
