Diode Dynamic SS3 fog light questions. Sport or Pro?

I have been debating for the last year whether to buy a set, and I think I am ready to make the purchase.

I daily drive my Ranger to work every day and every time I drive, I make sure the headlights are on as well as the fog lights. Just one of those things, if I have the headlights and the fog on, it is less likely someone not paying attention will hit me going to work or headed home.

I have been looking into the SS3 Sports or the SS3 Pros in Yellow.

I just wanted to get some feedback from those who have one or the other and what they prefer for daily driving and the occasional off-road trip. Is the yellow overwhelming at times when driving? Any complaints from you or others driving in front of you?

I'm also in St Louis so there is plenty of snow here at times and also a lot of thunderstorms where visibility can be very low. Just looking for feedback and hope to hear back from you guys soon.

I have the max and really like them. I have them on with the headlights. They are not overwhelming. They don’t cast a bunch of light down the road, but they do have a very wide beam

Looking for a wider beam to light up the edges of the road. I'm out in an area with plenty of deer and no street lights so I would like to see more on the sides of the truck as well.

They definitely have a wide beam. Gotta love deer………….

I have the Pro series in white. They don't just light up the shoulders of the road but also about 20-30 feet beyond. I suspect the whites are a little harder on oncoming drivers, but I seldom get flashed.

I have the pro in amber, really like them. I also have the dual 6" bar lights in the lower grill area.

I have the Pro's in yellow. Love the clean crisp line and illumination off to the side road areas. I could drive by these alone.

Can specify what you have? white v amber, sport v pro? SAE Fog style lenses? Do you have the brackets to mount them in the factory location? If @CarbonGray2004 doesn't want them, I'm interested.

I prefer the Sport...just enough light for average speed and conditions...especially off road...not bright enough to offend and be used all the time/anytime...and cost less...
