Dealing with Carvana

Have any of you dealt with Carvana ?
We have our Subaru Crosstrek up for sale as we're downsizing and selling our motor home. No longer need the Subi to tow behind the mh.
Went on line to Carvana, submitted the needed info, was truthful about condition/mileage, ect. They came back with an offer that was at least $3000 over what I expected. Their comming Thurs to pick up and pay.
Any experience with them ?

I sold a Subaru Legacy to them earlier this year. Painless. 3 minute inspection by the person picking it up. After inspecting we signed paperwork and they handed me a check. They were $2,500 more than CarMax on it. That car was a turd and I was NOT sad to see it go. Replaced it with a Hyundai for our teenager.

Thanks. Ours has given great service...was my 4th Subi (wife is on her 5th since 1996).
Just getting down to the wife's Subi and the Ranger. Even told them about the numerous paint chips on front bumper/facias from being towed, and even about the 30,000 towed miles that do not show up on the odometer.
Just was very surprised at the approved amount.

They gave me the best offer by far for the 2015 Golf TDI I sold after getting my Ranger. Easy process and they come to your house.

Sold my outback to them after I bought the truck. Was only offered $4500 for trade, sold to carvana for $8600. Was going to sell to a private seller for 9k, but I got the quote, they showed up with a flatbed, I signed the paperwork, they loaded it up and handed me a check. Done in 10 minutes. I'd do it again.

I wouldn't buy from them though.

Yes, easiest way to sell, not sure about buying. I went online in may, got my quote, scheduled a pickup for a couple weeks out. They came out, took a couple pictures, handed me the check and drove of with my focus. Gave me 4k more than trade in.

As a side note, I asked where the flat bed truck was, they said they only have 1 at that location and it's always breaking down. All I wanted besides that check was to see the tow truck. ?

We traded my wife’s car and bought a Lexus SUV from them all in one transaction just last month. A lot of electronic paperwork hoops to jump through but not too bad really.

I got a quote just for S+Gs on my outback. It was about 1k over the private party resell value on KBB. I usually try to sell myself but I can’t complain about that! Don’t even have to deal with people. Sign me up

sold my explorer end of September. Offer they gave online matched the check they gave me in person. 5mins max in signing the paper work and them looking at the car. Zero surprises. Would sell to them any day

Make to compare their offer to Vroom. I was able to get a few hundred more from Vroom. Went very smooth.
