The lugnuts should be installed dry by design and the way wheel retention testing is performed. Oiled studs should not be used, cleaned off with solvent...otherwise you are way overtorquing the lugnuts. A very bad idea..
Not to doubt your knowledge, but:
" The Tire Industry Association (TIA) recommends using two drops of motor oil, which is a common practice to reduce friction during torque application. Proper lubrication can help achieve more accurate torque values and prevent galling or seizing of the fasteners. Over-lubrication or using the wrong type of lubricant, such as an SAE 30 aerosol can, can lead to inaccurate torque readings and potentially cause issues with the wheel assembly."

From a quick Gooble search:
The Tire Industry Association (TIA) and general consensus recommend installing lug nuts dry, with clean threads and seats, as torque specifications are set for dry conditions to prevent over-tightening and stud stretching, which lubrication can cause by significantly reducing friction, leading to inaccurate clamping force and potential failure; however, some specific TIA/OSHA procedures for hub-pilot (truck) wheels do call for a couple of drops of 30w oil on studs before final torque to manage friction in that specific interface

My interpretation is this applies to proper trucks, not ours. In any case I might defer to a retired Ford engineer....
