Well my “Moody Blue” 2019 Ranger is no more as I damaged right side after I hit a tree - didn't look that major as no frame or front end damage occurred. Insurance advised not economical to repair (89,000Km) so i accepted a payout and local auto auction people picking up today.
Sad i really liked that truck other than eas always worried transmission would fail as i had vibration and rough shifting for over last 2 years ( Ford service tech could find no issue).
… just upgraded tires and wheels to 285/70/17 with Falken Wildpeak plus just made last payment 1 week after accident. 🥲

Sad...reminds me of my youth when I thought doing donuts on a snow-covered parking lot was harmless. Until the hidden curbs ruined the fun...

Sorry to hear about your Ranger but at least you weren't injured. As bad as it is (I know I was sick when I totaled my '19) there's always a light at the end of the tunnel. Are you going to replace it with another Ranger or something else this time?

Man that sucks especially right after your last payment and new tires - at least you dodged a bullet on that transmission issue though, sounds like it was gonna be expensive down the road anyway.

Well, that sucks horribly. Were you able to 'salvage' some of the mods you put on? Like the wheels/tire or topper? Or keep them for your next Ranger?

Sad to see another Lighting Blue Ranger bight the big one. Could have been a twin to mine. The best color for a 5G.

Yes I thought it was, we have them over here too, seem like good canopies, my only criticism is black is not such a good colour in Northern Australia unless the contents are heat resistant.

That's a good point, but weren't they developed in South Africa? Surely they'll have taken the heat into consideration, no?
