Yours is probably and mine is definitely before the upgraded air box was implemented.

If it's confirmed normal, we're good.

If not we both get a new air box for free ?

The HVAC distribution box can warp on Rangers built before 7/30/2020

Mine has always acted like this. The faster the fan speed, the less that comes out of the forward vents. "Auto" works best for me but it uses the AC compressor and my mileage drops.

You can leave it on auto and hit the the button to turn a/c off.

Okay so you're telling me that when you put on your forward vents and floor on high the forward vents are blasting air?

I think I will wait until my dealer gets another Ranger on their lot so they can compare them.

My dealer is pretty good about solving issues and if they see a difference I have no doubt they'll get it under warranty.

The problem I see is that it does work, but without a direct comparison it would be difficult to point out that it's not working right.

I agree I spoke to my friend who has a 2021 ranger and he's going to test his out today

I keep mine on auto. I don’t have as high a flow on the driver’s side floor vent as the passenger’s side, but it still gets very warm and comfortable.
