Looking at my data logs with the Unleashed tune, the throttle plate never even approaches 100% open.

I don’t find the angles are that accurate . Especially when you’re on flat ground and start up an incline. The truck is usually nose up 15-20 degrees before it register's anything. Although mine is a sport. I enabled it using forescan.

Ok so today I loaded a canned tune and immediately felt her pull harder. Lost traction in 1st and 2nd gear. Weird.

There is no way that the truck is drawing 18 amps when shut off. A 1500w space heater uses less than 15 amps.. Even if the battery is rated for 75amp/hrs that would mean it would drain the battery in about 4hrs.

Definitely press the shop to replace it. Undeniably their fault.
