The new Canyorado twins are a seriously good looking truck.

From what I've read though, it's not much, if any, stronger than a stock Ranger.

I'd have expected it to at least run with a mildly tuned EB 2.3.

But then this is second hand info being regurgitated as I haven't driven one myself yet.

Maybe soon.

Not sure how they worked that out unless Chevy just lied about numbers.

310 HP stock vs 260 HP stock

Kind of a big gap.

ZR2 automatically comes with high output factory tune (which I am sure is much like Ford Performance tune, dumbed down). So 310 HP but 430TQ

Nice truck, whats aftermarket like for the Colorado's? I know you build most you own things so might not be a huge deal.

Like I mentioned, this and the new tacoma will get a serious look in the next year from me.

Well, in next 24 hours this thread might be dead in the water.

A dealership 150 miles from me as a Sand Dune ZR2 arriving August 28th and the original buyer backed out. Price is within a few thousand above my spec, but that is because it got ordered with a sunroof and bose premium sound system. Barf.

Oh well, I can work with that still. Holding the sale for me so I can mull this over...

Not sure Raptor gonna win out this fight... could be driving a new truck in just a few weeks.

Are you dead set on the ZR2 trim?

A local dealer has a Z71 in Sand with the High Output calibration on the lot for $45k.

There is a "Sales Event" going on so maybe even less.

The "I'm Available Now!" chatbot offers me $4k off MSRP or 1.9% financing.

I haven't replied to it to see if that's legit.

It’s definitely a good looking truck, and that color really suits it. Shortly after the “build and price” came online I built a Z71 in Sand Dune and started wondering what my Ranger is really worth…. Current truck is in never-never land, warranty is over but she’s not costing me much - yet.

Carmax gave me an offer of 31K for my '21 XLT Sport 4WD 302A w tech package. I had hoped for a biy more but it does have 25K miles and one panel ding needing repair.

I almost sold it this week but we decided to keep it after all.

If you seriously want to sell, check with Driveway.

Their offer is usually thousands more than Carmax.

Right now my Vroom offer is $4k more than Carmax and Driveway is usually above Vroom.

I just don't like using the Driveway estimator because every time I have used it, I select "contact me by email" and my cell is ringing before the webpage refreshes.

I've used my Google Voice number the last few times.

And yes -desire overriding business is bad.
I am thinking of that scene from ghost busters when Bill Murray and Harold Ramis is trying to negotiate the firehall pointing all the negatives to lower the price and then Dan Ackroyd comes sliding down the pole saying “this place is great” and blowing any kind of deal they could have got. ?

I'm thinking 3 or 4 victory laps round the front circle of the building of this dealership with the other dealerships name on a flag attached to my truck would be the ultimate ending trolling come delivery time.

Yea I want the ZR2 trim.

I also promise you that 1.9% is on a lease or an extremely short term loan.

I will eat humble pie gladly if they were offering 1.9% on 72 or 84 month loans. I am already having to swallow the pill of going from 0% and having to go up to 7% possibly.
