I am actually seriously considering getting a new sand dune colored ZR2.

Even loaded out with some options it would save me about $16,000. Now that the initial shock & awe of the release is over I'm not so sure I want the RR anymore.

How would you be able to save 16k?
ZR2 would be a great truck.

I'm not quite sure what is up with the new Colorado.

My local Chevy dealer was adding a mandatory $5k "Upgrade" (stickers and tires/wheels) to all new Colorados for a bit, but now they are at sticker and possibly negotiable since the same few they had in stock are still in stock.

Edit: It may have just been my timing when I checked. The ones they had in stock are now sold.

I may have managed to check right as the "Upgrades" were no longer required.

I still haven't driven one yet. Maybe soon.

Passed a Colorado trail boss the other day.
That was a great looking truck.

RR is 66k after all said and done.

ZR2 can be had for around 50-53k.

Well then, sounds like an easy choice. ZR2.

I sold my Tremor in April. Liked it a lot but seemed a bit dated overall.
Looking forward to hear which direction you decide to go.
Please keep us posted.

I mean honestly I'd still much prefer the ranger Raptor as a total package from the small things to the big things I think the extra money is worth it but monitoring current and past production trends for Ford not quite sure I have the patience for it. That and everybody may be screwed here soon with the UAW.

The new ZR2 is slowly growing on me and I even considered a trail Boss as a good starting point which would save me another 10 grand that I could turn around and do my own parts and stuff with but some features like halogen only headlights for that trim among other things kind of turned me off.

So while running errands today I stopped at two Chevrolet dealerships;

1.) No ADM, $2,000 deposit, estimated 6-8 month wait on my custom order ZR2

2.) $3000 ADM, $2,000 deposit, have no clue how long it will take.

Second dealership would not budge on ADM regardless of what the dealership down the road is doing. To make even more laughable is the first dealership is the big one, good side of town, the second one is heading out toward the more ghetto part of town.

"Pardon me sir, you competitor less than 10 miles away isn't charging any ADM, not trying to be smart, but you tell me why I would buy from here? As a charitable donation to the dealership?"

Well ok, have a nice day. *scratch off the list*

Yeah, I’m waiting on Toyota to release the 2024 line and then compare them.
Everything ford skips is included in the Colorado.
Like a damn trailer brake.

And I can’t believe the tremor switch panel is not included in the RR.

Makes me wonder, if the ranger is done for here in the next few years. All deleted items
