Check Engine Light Code P0035. Mechanical Wastegate?

I was driving home from work the other day and got a check engine light . I think the code is for the electronic wastegate, but I'm not sure. I am having the dealer fix it since it is under warranty. Has anyone else gotten this code before? Does anyone know if an aftermarket manufacturer is coming out with a mechanical wastegate swap for our Rangers.

I haven't seen this code before but I can also say the wastegate is part of the turbocharger. What I would suspect is some kind of glitch in the PCM that caused this. The worst problem I had on my ranger was with the transmission going from 10th to 4th for no reason qhen you would tap the gas lightly. Only did it once for maybe a mile. After that it never did it again.
