Check engine light just came on and Ford Pass and OBDII scans show (P02EF) Cylinder 2 Injector Circuit Range/Performance

Its Greek to me. Dealership service department is closed on Sunday and I have no clue.

Safe to drive it in for service tomorrow??

Thanks RangerDanger! I likely will.

Does anyone know what that code means? ...in plain English?

Oh thanks man!! Sounds like a typical computer quirk versus something worse.
Were you having any driveability issues? If not, then the TSB will probably fix it. There appears to have been a bad batch of injectors at some point and it sounds like this TSB just allows for a bit more variation in the injectors - it sounds like it was originally a bit too strict. If you were not having driveability issues before the CEL, I would think it would be safe to drive it to the dealer, but as @rangerdanger said, if you are worried, call for a tow. It doesn't cost anything.

Update:

Dropped off at the dealership service department at 7 this morning. Got a call around 2:30 stating that my truck was now "5th in line" and that they'd call once per day with updates.
