Has anyone had this TSB performed with any success ? At 3750 miles, I'm on CE light #19, averaging 197.4 miles between errors. Also, a note for those interested, when I had the codes read, the dealer made the comment that the error code had a history of 59 days. The day I took it in was 60 days from build date.

It sounds like you need one or more injectors replaced. I think all the TSB does is make the tolerances a little looser to account for some variations in injectors. But there were definitely some bad injectors that got out and it certainly seems like you got at least one of them. 19 CE lights is kind of ridiculous.... Push your dealer for a real fix.

I had that done early on and still has misfire/surge on light acceleration. I experience roughness at idle when cold also. No CEL during life of vehicle. They performed this update due to stored code for #1 injector.
I have an appointment on Monday for a test drive to verify complaint.
Seems the dealer doesn't want to deal with a non CEL issue.

Sometimes you need to be the squeaky wheel in order to get anything fixed. That is unfortunate, but it is too often true.

Unfortunately, I don't have many opportunities to get to the dealer and leave my truck. I bought a truck because it's what I use every day. I'm on vacation this week, so hopefully, when the light comes on again, I'll get it to the dealer.

Whether you get another one or not, I'd take it in while you have the time. 19 should determine a pattern and they should be stored in the computer so the dealer can see them. Intermittent issues are the worst, but after 19 instances they should be able to figure out what is wrong and get it fixed.

I've had this TSB applied to the truck, we will see if it finally ceases the CE light.

Unfortunately, this happened to me. They said that it may be the injectors. Hopefully this fixes it. :please:

You would not believe it if I told you
This looks like a similar TSB that was issued on the Mustang 2.3L Ecoboost back in 2015 for similar reasons.
