If there is a charging system fault that you need to have it looked at. Keep in mind I would highly recommend having it looked at over at Ford dealer

Ok, didn't you tell me that it could be the way I installed my light bar.... I addressed it and took it off the battery terminal..... And I know for a fact my battery failed the test.... I've been driving it around and haven't had any problem since. I reinstalled my light bar and changed the battery. I'm a little confused.

Correcting that ground should help yes. At the same time didn't you just state that you replaced the battery? You're still getting a fault message which means you most likely still have an issue somewhere else. Since I'm physically not with the truck it's kind of hard for me to troubleshoot this isn't it? Time to take it to the dealer

I'm going to guess you didn't read the previous post? It already stated not to connect the ground directly to the negative battery post for any added electrical accessory. Not hard to understand

You can ask them if you want but there's really no need. The book tells you everything you need to know and one of the other members already posted it for you

Now my next question to you all is should I reset the BMS battery management system.... I'm going to do it I think. Do you all recommend it?

Yes you should reset the BMS. With a new battery you need to do it. If you have the tools where you simply click buttons in order to do the reset, then that would be best. There are other methods that are available with instructions in the owner's manual if you don't have tools to make the reset.

Thanks I'm all set love all you guys !
So fuse 24 that the light bar is in is enough power to handle the light bar? I mean that can't make an issue can it? Now that it's wired correctly?

Ranger3, did you ask the dealer about connecting an accessory to the negative terminal of the battery?

Thanks.

Just saying, OEM batteries are good for about 4 years. So, I can see both the battery getting week AND improper grounding cause your issues.

Why bother asking a dealership when you can just look in the owner's manual? Another member already posted the answer for you
