CarPlay navigation question

How do I switch over to the touchscreen when I’m connected to CarPlay? I typically listen to the radio and use CarPlay for navigation apps. Sometimes I want to access the touchscreen and the only way I know how is to disconnect the usb cable from the phone.

There has to be a better way, right?

Jeff, Just touch the Ford Sync and it'll bring you to your main screen.

You can also hit the “Home” button on the steering wheel (the one that looks like a little house).
